(hereinafter, “Tap is Tap,” “we,” or “the Company”). Access to, browsing, and use of the Website implies the user’s express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. However, Tap is Tap always prioritizes the user’s wishes, protection, and rights, so any interpretation of these Terms will always be for the user’s benefit.

5.5. Right of Withdrawal: The user has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify their decision (Art. 102 et seq. TRLGDCU). To exercise this right, the product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of misuse, and with original packaging and labels. Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.
5.6. Warranties: All products have a minimum legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable regulations. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.)
